RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
We want you to love your online purchase. Please review our online returns policy carefully before placing your order.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are available on full-price items only.
- Customers must email us within 14 days from the shipment date to notify us of their return request. Please email completed return form to info@the-hanger.com.au.
- Returned items and form must be received by us within 21 days from the shipment date for a refund to be honored.
- Sale items, discounted items, promotional purchases are final sales and not eligible for refund.
Conditions of Return
Returned items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free from makeup marks, deodorant marks, stains, odours, pet hair or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions WILL be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Credit Notes (Online Exchanges)
- Instead of direct exchanges, a credit note will be issued for eligible returned items
- Credit notes allow you to re-purchase your correct size or preferred item immediately
- Credit notes are issued once the return is received and approved
- Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow processing time for your bank or payment provider
Faulty Items
- Faulty items will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
- We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality and a thorough check of your product is undertaken before it is sent off. If you have purchased an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault Please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. Email info@the-hanger.com.au
